On behalf of the Barkley Meadows Homeowners Association, let us welcome you to the community. We hope you find Barkley Meadows a warm, friendly and safe place to live. Below is some important information about your neighborhood association.
 
The Association’s day to day activities are administered by Association Management Services. 
 
If you would like to construct a fence or make a change to the outside of your home please download the exterior modification application as these activities require approval by the Board of Directors of Barkley Meadows prior to commencement.
 
The Association’s activities are funded by mandatory property assessments, which are billed uniformity to each lot in the community. These fees finance the administrative and maintenance activities of the Association. 
 
Any payments made by checks or Money Orders need to be made payable to the Barkley Meadows HOA and mailed to Association Management Services, P.O. Box 23853 Lexington, KY 40523.
